Responsibilities
What you'll do as a HH Clinical F2F Coordinator:
- Manage and track physician Face-to-Face (F2F) encounters and signed orders to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the agency, physicians, and their offices to obtain required documentation and signatures.
- Maintain accurate provider records and coordinate PECOS enrollment verification and updates.
- Provide support for incoming calls and department communications; ensure timely and professional responses.
- Assist with electronic medical record administration and transmission of required data to state agencies.
- Support the preparation and processing of outgoing documents, including physician orders and compliance documentation.
- Serve as a departmental resource for order tracking systems, fax solutions, and portal-based order submissions.

- High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or business office environment, preferably in a fast-paced, customer service-driven setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and healthcare compliance standards preferred.
