Responsibilities

Essential Functions of a Client Care Coordinator:
  •  Fill patient care orders with qualified personnel promptly and efficiently
  • Serve as a liaison between Interim HealthCare, clients, and the community
  • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded, addressing concerns in a timely manner
  • Schedule patients/clients according to orders or requests, ensuring timely notifications of any schedule changes
  • Follow up on patient/client concerns, directing them to the appropriate supervisor when necessary

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year of healthcare or related business experience preferred
  • Excellent phone, problem solving and computer skills. Proficiency in Excel, organization and details, and people oriented with good communication skills required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
